    Food & Bio Cluster Denmark

    Food & Bio Cluster Denmark is a non-profit nationwide cluster organization for food and bio resources. It is the unifying platform for innovation and growth in the cluster for Danish and international companies and knowledge institutions. FBCD promotes increased collaboration between knowledge and business, and offers members one entrance to e.g. networks, funding, business development and projects. FBCD was founded in 2020, by a merger between four Danish clusters to form a new “supercluster”, one of the largest of its kind in Europe with 250+ members. FBCD manages regional, national, and international projects centred around innovation, financing, and internationalisation within food and bio resources.

    CLIB is an international open innovation cluster for bioeconomy with a focus on industrial biotechnology. The approximately 100 cluster members are large (multinational) companies, SMEs, universities, academic institutes as well as other stakeholders active in the bioeconomy. Founded in 2007, CLIB has more than 10 years of experience in connecting stakeholders along and across value chains; in helping to set up project consortia, in developing tech transfer strategies, in providing policy advice and in promoting industrial biotechnology as a key driver for a sustainable bio- and circular economy. CLIB is active as a partner in several German and European projects, including as a coordinator.

    Fundacion Corporacion Tecnologica de Andalucia

    Technological Corporation of Andalusia (CTA) is a private foundation that was born from a public-private partnership. For almost 15 years, CTA has been supporting R&D activities through financing, mentoring and cooperation with main Andalusian stakeholders, emerging as a singular multi-sectorial, innovation cluster. More than 670 R&D business projects have been funded by CTA with more than €M168. Currently, CTA is owned by more than 160 companies, 70% of them SMEs, in 7 main European industrial priority sectors: ICT, Aerospace and productive processes, Agri-food, Biotechnology, Building and civil engineering, Energy and Environment, and Leisure and Tourism.
